FOr once... I'd like to read a testimonial that says something like:

I bought (insert name)'s report, and I put his/her strategy to work. I've made (insert amount) with this strategy, and I can scale it to make so much more. Great WSO!

Or...

I put this strategy to test, and I have not yet made any $$, but if I tweek it I could make lots of $$
Instead of..

I bought (insert name)'s report, and its very well-written, and easy enough for my 3 year old child to do. I CAN SEE HOW THIS STRATEGY COULD MAKE MONEY.
I appreciate the folks that review WSOs, but its almost as if people are afraid to report if the WSO actually WORKS.

I thought the idea behind a review is to tell whether the strategy works... rather than tell how good it looks

Maybe its just me...

Most people purchase a WSO out of curiosity, and hope. Such a small percentage actually put the information in action, it's really too bad too. If more people actually put the things they learn through eBooks and such into action, others would have more of an idea on what is Theory, and What Really Works.

Yes, but then we'd see a lot less wso's that didn't deliver...oh wait, that wouldn't hurt too much.

Bingo Big Mike... I often go into WSO threads that has been up for over a month or so... and simply ask... "has anybody put this to action and made any money?"

      Hardly EVER get any replies.

A lot of folks will simply post that they bought it, it's an easy read, no fluff report, it could work, I'm going to try it, yada, yada, yada. I think for the most part, what these folks don't realize is that they are giving social proof without meaning to.

And then of course you get the sellers who individually respond to every comment with thanks, it's on the way, glad you liked it, and so forth, artificially driving up their replies count in the thread.

There are really no WSO's out there where you can readily evaluate them in an hour or two. And to replicate them to a point where you achieve a similar result, i.e.; dollar amount, can take days or weeks, so unless someone was given a review copy well in advance of the WSO launching, you should disregard 99% of any comments made.

You should also disregard how many replies were made, because sellers like to spin this into demonstrating quality and credibility - when nothing is further from the truth.

And lastly, I've said this over and over - it's OK to give a negative review IF you do it honestly and objectively, without attacking the seller. Just state the facts and your reasons why it deserved a negative comment.

Agreed if the product is an ebook with a "blueprint" you really can't say unless the blueprint works for you. if the product being reviewed is a software even then you can't rely on it the big craze right now is backlinking it will die off soon enough but the programs that have been created how can you test them to know what ones worked properly and what ones did not . especially the auto ones.

Anyway I think people should just be honest like hey everyone I had the chance to read through this and there is a ton of info in it but I don't really know if it would work or not I have not tried and cannot give any real evidence other then it is well written and seems to be informative.

I made $27,000 in three days with this WSO. I can see The endless possibilities if I really wanted to ramp it up.

    What you don't see.

I run this by my niche appropriate list of 30,000.

Several of my jv partners were involved .

I outsourced the traffic flow .

My affiliates sold the report I used based off the WSO for one third of the sales .

Ad swaps were a major player .

What makes you think that just because I did you can ?

The fact is that out of 100 people who bought a WSO, maybe 1 will actually put it into place. The problem is always not taking action, or not going through ALL the way. Prostration is another formula in the mix for failure.

yea but there WSOs out there about selling WSOs lol.

So people are making money, even making a living off that forum.
And im sure the owner of this forum is making nice little profit.

      The formula works,
      1.put out a general guide.
      2.exagerate the claims.
      3. get some meaningless testimonials to drive up the sales.

I made a thread like this before, how the WSO forum can be better if true testimonials were required ..... but it got deleted.

Theres no reason financially for the info marketers and the owner of this forum to change anything.

The number may be off, but I can promise by not a whole lot.

If they weren't that far off I can almost promise that the WSO business would not be as thriving as it is today... at least in its current incarnation.

buying WSO then make money from it ..not like buying weight loss pill then try or couple of days & write testimonials .. things here different in my opinion .. becoz when a person buy WSO & have not take any action he will keep silent and shut his mouth ..but if that person really make money & his life changed with new income made from that wso .. he will also keep silent .. DO YOU KNOW WHY? becoz he will start thinking on how to write his own WSO and sell to others as well .. He will prefer showing his income proof for his own WSO than showing income proof for someone else WSO.

Still that my own opinion might be right or wrong .. anyway I have not make yet any income from WSOs i got .. but still trying & hopfully I will make money & I may make my own WSO to sell here ..

Yea, this is why I usually get testimonials from experts here rather than waiting on someone to buy a wso and tell about it. I don't mind getting a bad review, I have had bad reviews and it is just motivation to make the product better.

As far as negative reviews go, I'm not afraid to post these when the WSO disappoints my expectations.

You made me smile. PITA == BH these days apparently.

Nope thats not the supposed big deal here, either. The big deal is a twist to organizing your campaign -- I can't be more specific than that because I do not want to hurt the WSO. It's an obvious thing your network manager will tell you -- *should* tell you, anyway -- w/o you asking, if they're worth even a pinch of salt.

IMHO the WSO is still worthwile for newbies.

I've never bought a WSO that wasn't worth at least the price that I paid for it.

Each one has given me new ideas, more motivation and a sense of value from the product.

I'd be happy to pay double the price for all WSOs that I've bought, I'm that pleased with them.
