Article directories wordcounts? whats the minimum wordounts for articles to be accepted??

The are like loads of article directories out there, some more better than others....

what is the minimum approximate wordcount of your article....that the majority of these article directories will accept your articles, without rejecting them (for too little words in)

eg, 300? 340? 400? 500?......and what would the max be?, can you give a range,
(300-400 for example)

I am just asking the average range of words....for the majority of article directories, so that they are accepted, NOT rejected.

    Just take a quick peep at the terms and guidelines of each directory you are interested in submitting your content to. That way you will get a definite answer for each directory. I have mostly seen 300 words minimum but I haven't even put a dent in all the directories there are out there.

      Most directories would be best between 400-600 words. Someone told me that there are some that require 500 words but I don't know which ones. EZA allows as low as 250, I believe, but you need at least 400 to make the most viewed, etc., lists so I wouldn't recommend less than 400 for them.

        400-500 is good. but i heard 250 word articles get better clickthrough rates, so its a bit of a catch 22 lol.

    I write 300-400 word articles which most article directories accept. But I think articles 500-600 words do the best.
