    Bummer - I was going to do some testing on its potential SE prowess.

    Any clues as to whether or not it will be coming back?

      I have no idea. But I'm guessing it DID have some SE prowess -- probably enough that people who had no interest in becoming a part of this community came by just to dump their articles into that section. That's just a guess.

      As an alternative, you can post articles on your WF blog.

    I should probably know this, but do you (or anybody else) know if there is a problem with making your blog into your own little article directory? Not sure if the mods would get tired of a bunch of articles.

    I know for a fact that the WF blog carries some good SE weight. This might be a great alternative, but I don;t want to do anything wrong.

    Hey Allen,

    I think you will only run into problems with Allen if you get spammy with your blog. That was one point he made very clear a few months after he put this new forum up. People were getting a bit spammy with advertisements and using the blogs for every kind of niche under the sun.

    I'm sure whatever you post as long as it's IM stuff or related, you'll be fine. And the more the merrier.

    Allen,
    I post my barter articles onto my blog, but nothing spammy etc like the previous peeps mentioned. I've had them up for quite a few months now, so I can't see an issue with it. I don't think I would add articles from all niches to it, but internet based etc I don't think there should be an issue.

    P.S Noticed that article I submitted the other day to the directory jumped right into the SERP on the second page without any work to it, very nice.
