Hi

I am a bit stuck at the moment, i need to get some more ideas on where or how to look for niches. I normally look at the new clickbank products, amazon movers and shakers, ebay pulse, and google products, but Im coming up dry in my keyword tool at the moment all the markets im finding at the moment is too competitive to tackle. Can you guys help with some ideas and creative ways/places to look for niches.

Thanks

Checking google trends and what's hot in the media could give you some ideas.

    Magazines. Tv. Radio.

If a company advertise there, there is a market. Just narrow it down to web market.

People make good money selling to the rich. But the rich got rich selling to the masses.

Totally agree here. Go to your local grocery store and see what free magazines are being given away. These are going to be targeted niche markets. They can really help flare up some ideas.

It also gives you an idea on where to put an ad once you get some cash flow coming. Small magazine ads account for nearly 50% of my subscribers in each niche for the first 3 months.

I tend to look at things I'm interested in and then look to see if there's a way I can write about them and make it profitable. Most of my work is in the hypnosis niche as my brother is a hypnotherapist and can produce good products which I can then help him sell.

It's a pretty good niche as it's part of the self improvement/personal development market and we keep our prices low to attract customers. If you're interested then I have a short article about the hypnosis niche.

Make Money In The Hypnosis Niche

I find it a lot easier to get behind a website if it's something I'm interested in personally. Having said that I do know a couple of people who basically scour the net using resources like those mentioned by JAIDEEP2959 above me and then combine the data into one or two "elite" niches and make very good money this way.

For niches that are competitive drill down further to find the gold

    Example would be
Grooming supplies---> grooming supplies for dogs ------> brushes -----> brushes for poodles -----> rhinestone brushes for poodles

I have a fairly complete niche "seed list" by category, if it would help you get started. If nothing else, it should start you thinking about the possibilities. Just send me PM and I'll shoot it to you.

You are making this work at home stuff way harder than it is. Ready for some sanity? Clear your head and start over.

    - Google Adwords/Keywords Tool - Just search on Google Keywords Tool, and then find a search volume at any given keyword niche
    - Clickbank - Select products which has gravity equal or greater than 100% and sales commission not less than 30USD
    - Find out how many forums are available online
    - Find out how many magazines are available in that niche

Hope you find the information helpful.

    Thanks & Regards,
