Is This a Good Idea about eCommerce?
I've been speaking with a guy today who works in the ecommerce and porn industry.
He was asking me about my ableness to get some ecommerce inventory and I said well right now it's not really something I would bother doing never mind risk money on.
He continued to advise me of how he got started in the ecommerce niche and he said he did it without an inventory or dropshippers.
He said he just built massive niche ecommerce stores online and never had any invevntory in stock until a long way into its existence. What he was basically telling me to do was build the sites - wait until they hit a high level of traffic then approach suppliers of the products and get them lined up for usage when puchases start coming through.
To me it sounds like a really good way to get started in ecommerce and he said so too. Unfortunately that's as far as I went with this conversation so far until I hear some more opinions and oviously WF get picked to help.
Any verdict on what he's saying?
