How to get Google te recache my pages?

Hi there,

Is there a quick way to do this? I've changed the settings in the webmaster tools and tried pinging it at pingler.com, but its still showing an older version. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I've just been to pinglerdotcom and it has had it's account suspended.

    Pingoat is still available.

Daniel Tan seems to consider pinging is a good way to get your blog re-cached maybe you just need to give it some time.

Do you know how long? I pinged over a week ago and changed settings in webmaster tools 3 days ago. I'm following Daniels Rank Mover, which advises not to build backlinks until site is recached.

    Hi Magnus1,

Did you ever find a solution? I am having the same problem. Made a lot of changes, added content - followed Daniel Tan's Rank Mover, and nothing yet.

    I'll keep trying.

    Hi Liz,

I tried the same as you. They eventually recached about 10 days later.

    Cheers,
