Is there any point in doing this?
I've got a website in lets say 'healthcare' as an example, each subpage such as 'acne' or 'tinnitus' has a relevant cpa offer on the page which I will promote.
From what i've researched there are dozens of other keywords associated with each healthcare subpage (acne, bad breath, tinnitus etc.)
Is it worth making a page for each keyword (seeing as though the pages are the same apart from the keyword) even though I won't be promoting them all?
Basically just to catch the odd visitor on the off-chance?
For instance:
www.myhealthcaresite.com/tinnitus
www.myhealthcaresite.com/tinnitus-cures
www.myhealthcaresite.com/tinnitus-remedies
www.myhealthcaresite.com/natural-tinnitus-cures
They wouldn't take 2mins each to make.
Or because they're the same page with the keyword replaced, will I face some kind of duplicate content penalty?
Hope that makes sense
