Portal Names

I want to create a portal for several different niches. Considering that most of the great names are taken, do you have any suggestions on what I can add to the domain name so that it is available?

e.g. myniche[online].com

    Try out different spellings ,synonyms etc.. Like if your site is about abs
    and sixpackabs.com is taken
    try sixpaks,6packabs,6pak,get6packabs etc. Something thats catchy.

    Heres another suggestion, if you want your customer to remember the name, then dont use '-' in the name. for eg if sixpackabs.com is taken. DONT buy six-pack-abs, cos if the guy forgets the '-' you'l be givin away traffic to your competetors!

    You can use the google keywords tool to find out similar keywords and use them as your domain name.

    I like your ideas. However, for this project I want to have the keywords in the domain name for SEO purposes.
