Using adwords and clickbank

Morning all

I had an email yesterday where someone mentioned that Google Adwords could be no longer used to promote clickbank products. It caused my heart to miss a beat as I was planning a new campaign today.

Is this correct or just plain rumour mongering?

Any information would be welcomed.

Kevin

If google will make this....will LOSS A LOT OF MONEY! Because many marketers use adwords to promote offers and products...and a lot of them use clickbank for this....so will be very bad for both parts...google and users

My opinion is that they will not do this!

I think someone has mixed up the fact that Google won't let you promote with an affiliate link and translated that to not being able to promote clickbank products.

I will say this just quietly, anyone promoting click bank products with adwords, regardless of product type or name or content or structure / anything and regardless of ads or your quality score / be very very careful and do not be surprised, @ the op your buddy may just be on the verge of the first drops of a water fall ?

it is to early to tell but be careful , the sky is not falling yet but very careful until things become clear is all i can say for now.

    1. Clickbank is not the only source for affiliate products. Besides, it's too competitive anyway.

    2. Try running your campaign and see what happens... Many people can tell you a bunch of different things... you won't know which one is true until you go do it and experience it for yourself!

Your destination Url must match (resolve) the to the display url.

It is very difficult to get a good quality score directly linking to a product.

You are better off creating a review site and linking your ad to your review. You not only have control of it to optimize your quality score but you can also start building a list of people you can market other offers to.

Make sure your landing page does not force people to sign up to get the information they are looking for. This will get you in trouble with Google. Give them some information on the page and a sign up for more detailed information and you will be fine.

getting a high q score direct linking is easy, i have pages and pages of q 10 scores, it can be done, what is regardless of anything is people need to exercise extreme caution with any clickbank product and adwords and clickbank.

and for one minute do not think a high quality score will or resembles any form of safety net, that would be no more than fools gold.
