Any article re-writing service?

The most economical way is probably freelancer.com. Make a post, ask each respondent to rewrite 2-3 sentences that you provide (that'll be plenty to tell if you like their work), review, and choose one or more for the assignments. I always cover myself and choose more than I need since the pricing is so great. I have always found fabulous writers at freelancer.com. I have several that have done work for me for almost a year. Just be specific about your needs (word count, how you want them rewritten, timeframes, etc.), communicate often and treat them fairly (pay them on time!).

What kind of rewrites? Rewriting PLR is quite different than rewriting to spin for UAW submission, for example. Just saying be clear in stating what you need to get the best quotes.

Instead of looking for a freelancer, it's better to
get an established service to handle your article
rewriting. I know they are more expensive but
hey - you usually get what you pay for,

I agree, you get what you pay for so first you need to decide how much you want to pay for an article rewrite.

  anyone have used article spinning softwares? there are a lot of them and I used some of it. The bad side about article spinning softwares is that they give you wrong grammar sentences.

  There is a new product by Andy Black that helps you rewrite articles, not spin them. This could be an option as opposed to having rewriting outsourced. I was one of the beta testers for this, and it might be something you are looking for, as it really does speed up the rewriting process, but also checks for real SEO quality as well.

Rewriting sucks you know.

Unless you make really major changes in the original article, it's called a theft.

If it's the case of posting to article directories, you don't need to rewrite at all.
