Does anyone else think that Google PPC/Ad words are very expensive? Obviously it depends on your results and conversions whether its worthwhile, but at 30-50p ($0.60-$0.90) per click it seems excessive.

Yup, it can be pretty expensive. For me, it went through $50 in about two days and that didn't result in one call/sale.

Same thing happened to me, so its not cost effective for me anyway, lots of visits, but that was it.
I also thought that it could be competitors just clicking the ad, is there any way to stop PPC fraud, i.e. your competitors (or anyone) clicking your ad 100's of times?

  • Adwords has become crazy difficult for the small guy targeting the standard clickbank product. It's just too expensive per click for most keywords.
