      very true.

I wanna mention something though that I know someone personally that has success with article marketing and puts volume (300 words max per art.) and she mentioned that she like to put quick short articles since most people on the internet dont read but scan.As soon as you see a sea of text, you become uninterested so its best to keep it short and to the point.

I tried putting quality as well as super fast articles and so far they have around the same results.

Ill spend a whole day on a good article knowing that the article might make me $100k. You get out what you put in, most times.

I write 1 really juicy article each day.

If I try to write more than that, a lot of the quality gets lost and I feel like my head will explode. However, the quality is not that big of an issue if, for example, I write for article directories.

I usually write 1 per day for revenue sharing sites (sometimes more) and update my blog regularly.I would write more but the keyword research is time consuming.

I dont write articles on a daily basis. Just put up an initial set of articles to my site and wait for them to get ranked. Once they're ranked in the first page or so then I write a few more (1 article each day) and put it on my blog.

I outsource the writing of articles for directories. That's going to be voluminous so I'd rather save time on that and build more sites.

I can write ten in a day for a client, but for myself I prefer to keep it to three. I prefer to write ebooks and short reports and I average 10 pages a day for those through a five day week. For my blogs I write a weeks worth in the one day and schedule them so that is usually 3 - 5 posts at a time.

But I have to be in the mood to do it, lol. Somedays I am all fired up and I managed more than 20 pages just on Monday - but it took 22 hours and I have been exhausted since then - so maybe the output should be tempered with a bit of time management

nmarketing - Ill spend a whole day on a good article knowing that the article might make me $100k. You get out what you put in, most times.
You write an article a day and make a 100 grand a time? Hmmm

rain21 - im writing about 5 small articles a day.. my articles usually include pictures... most articles less than 100 words...
I assume you're doing these for your blog/site? I'd like to politely recommend you increase the size of your articles. You need much more than that for any worth submitting to an article directory of note.

Eduard - I write 1 really juicy article each day.

If I try to write more than that, a lot of the quality gets lost and I feel like my head will explode. However, the quality is not that big of an issue if, for example, I write for article directories.
Quality should be just as big an issue whether writing for your own site or an article directory. What does a poor quality article in a directory say about your site which it links to?

      DavidTT - very true.

I wanna mention something though that I know someone personally that has success with article marketing and puts volume (300 words max per art.) and she mentioned that she like to put quick short articles since most people on the internet dont read but scan.As soon as you see a sea of text, you become uninterested so its best to keep it short and to the point.

I'm in contact with 2 of the best/experienced writers on this forum. One explained to me how the best articles she did were around a 1000 words as opposed to 500 words. I'm sure small 300 word articles may work in some instances but you don't have a lot of time to convince someone the product you ultimately want them to buy, is much good, with a shorter article.

For anyone starting in article marketing I'd suggest searching the forum for article marketing experts rather than just take any old persons opinion on the matter.

My guess is that nmarketing was talking about if a quality article drives enough of the right traffic into his or her product funnel, over time it could be a significant amount of money?

Due to persoal commitments, I find I have to average the number. Some days I might be able to write two to four, the next several days might be one or less.

It is important to keep it up and you can do it through an average of two per day.

Yes, thats very possible and even more possible if the said person continues to write high quality articles and submits them to high quality article directories. I wasn't being rude I just didn't want anyone new to article writing thinking earning 100k off an article would happen to anybody.

Most article writers that earn that sort of money are extremely skilled and have been writing articles for some time. It's not something that happens overnight.

I was doing 10-15 a day at one time, however, my schedule just makes it very difficult to maintain that type of output. I have been doing 1-2 a day as of recent.

I like to write 2 or 3 articles per day. However I edit, review and comment on between 20 and 30 a day from students and outsourced workers.

    0, I outsource

But my writers write about 20 articles on a "regular" day so I picked 4+

Quality articles can do amazing things for your SEO ranking. The time spent can be well worth it. If you are profitable enough you can outsource this easily and still be profitable.

I am a newbie and 3 to 4 is the maximum I can produce before the quality takes a "nose dive".

As of right now, I write 1-2 high quality , keyword rich articles a day.

I submit to Ezinearticles FIRST and then once it's approved I paraphrase my content to remain unique and then post it on my blog and submit it to the other top 2 directories, Goarticles and Articlesbase.

I've been getting a good amount of targeted "quality" subscribers to my list with this strategy and ranked at the # 1 and 2 spots for some of my competitive keywords.

This mostly depends on how many orders I get. There are days when I write 1 or none, but there are days when I have to write 5 or more.

Sometimes I write several in a day and sometimes I go a week or longer without writing any. I'd say my average is probably about 1 per day.
