[Solved] Aweber experts, could you help me figure this out?

Hi guys,

I was chatting to aweber support, but he left before I finished asking my latest question. I think he was also confused about my concern. Could anyone help me figure this out?

Here's the conversation:

Michael Lee: I deleted a follow-up email in my autoresponder sequence. (from 25 follow-up emails now down to 24). If I want to email ALL my subscribers who have received all follow-ups in the "Search Lead" function, do I make the "Last Message" 25?

You are now speaking with Jason Moore of Customer Solutions (CP).

Jason Moore: Welcome to Live Support.

Michael Lee: Hi Jason

Jason Moore: Hi there, that would be correct, by choosing the Last Message 25, anyone who has received Msg 25 will pull up in that search result, even if you deleted that message

Michael Lee: But it's strange that since last month, every time I search lead and used Last Message # 25, the number of subscribers is always 8343.

Jason Moore: When did you delete Msg 25 from the sequence?

Michael Lee: I explored further and found that the latest follow up time when I search "Last Message # 25" is Oct. 21, 2008. While when I search for "Last Message # 24", the last follow up time of the latest subscriber is Nov. 20.

Michael Lee: Maybe around Oct. 21. not sure. Hmmm, does this mean I have to search both last message number 25 and 24, then send 2 broadcasts to each view saved?

Jason Moore: You may need to do that since there is no msg 25 anymore that is why that number isnt changing

Michael Lee: but do I have to save view Message 24 too? and send a separate broadcast to them?

Jason Moore: yes that correct.

Michael Lee: won't a subscriber receive 2 messages, since I will broadcast at different times?

Jason Moore: Not at all, the system automatically removes any duplicate broadcasts

Michael Lee: Thanks, Jason. I think it will remove duplicate broadcasts if the email is included in more than one account and sent at the same time
. But if I send one at 4:00 pm then another at 5:00 pm, I think it won't remove the duplicate anymore.

Jason Moore: Exactly, you would need to send them at rthe same time

Your party has left this session.

I was about to ask this, but he left the session:

But it's not possible to send at the same time to Save Viewed Subscribers for both Message 24 and 25, if they're in the same account.

Could anyone figure this out?

Thanks a lot,
Michael
