HI

Im about to setup a campaign as an affiliate for a "recession proof" product and was thinking of advertising it in my cities major newspaper considering most people will be effected i want to reach them all, not just net junkies.

Because i will be using my own domain which i plan to 'point' back to the merchants site, im not sure as to how i can track and measure my ads...?

Im seriously stumped on this one. The only thing i can think of so far is to start the ad for a week then stop it the following week and watch what happens to my direct hits

Any suggestions would be RAD...

p.s. Is anyone selling "Recession Proof" material?

Use a different domain for each ad, or different directories on one domain.

Yeah, the only thing I am coming up with is different domains. I am not that technically inclined though, so I am sure someone has a better idea.

As far as selling recession proof stuff... it doesn't exist. There are items that may do a bit better that others during a recession but if things get bad enough there is no such thing as recession proof.

    Oh ok, I understand.

Wasn't trying to rain on your parade or anything... I just hate how so many IMers claims to be able to beat any and all economic hardship.
