1099 Outsourcing Businesses

I am considering starting a service based membership service where I will be paying the members commissions. A majority of these members will probably be non-USA residents.

There could be as many as 50,000 or more members in this service. While a majority would earn less than $600 per year, there could still be thousands earning more than $600 per year.

Are there any businesses that I can outsource to where I would not have to worry about 1099/w-9/w-8 etc... ? For example, I can send the outsourced company the money anytime a members wishes to wthdraw the funds, then the outsourced company takes it from there by paying the member, keep all the recording keeping, sending out the 1099's, submitting info to the IRS, etc.. In other words the only one I send money to is this outsourced company.

Does this exist?

    Yes this does exist, networks like CJ.com will do this for you, but you have to be accepted into their affiliate network. They collect the W-2's and send out the 1099's you just pay them a fee.

    But it does exist. I forgot what Mike Filsaime came out with a while ago, but it had to do with handling 1099's someone here might know what it is called.

      I am familiar with Mike's service. It is called Pay People Online. There are people having issues with it. The only thing this service does is prepare the 1099 for you tell you and how much you need to pay each person.

      I am looking for more like an outsourced payroll type of service where I am out of the loop once I send the outsourced company the money.

    If you don't have an outsourcing company doing this off the shelf, I am sure you will find teams who would gladly set it up for you if you have good volumes.

    Any of the affiliate networks will usually manage 1099s for you including Clickbank (probably the lowest fees around compared to the others)

    I'm pretty sure that freelance sites like guru.com will also pay those you hire and issue their 1099s as well.
