Are there any marketers here that are able to....

Hey warriors,

I was wondering, are there any marketers here that are able to set up a site that sells a PLR products or an Ebook within a couple of hours?

I tried setting mine up and I was told many people are able to do it in a few hours...It's taking me forever.

EDIT: 200th POST!! =D

You can post this in the Classified Section. It costs a very small fee to post but worth every penny. The results will save you hours of frustration

    Congrats on post 200

As for can people set it up that fast? I'm sure they can, after doing something a while you get better at it. The more you do it, the faster you'll be each time till you streamline the process.

Edit: Wow... I got my 200th post posting on your 200th post.... *eerie music*

I set one up last Friday and it took about 4 hours. It really only took that long because I didn't have the graphics done and had to fumble through doing those.

If you have the copy, if you have the graphics, if you have the links ready, if you have the payment link ready and set-up, basically all your ducks in a row, sure you can.

I'm able to put out a sales page within a few hours, if I have the sales copy, but if not, then no way. The sales copy is the hardest part.....

It's like any other learning curve: steep at first, but it gets easier and you get much better and faster at it over time with practice and experience.

For example, the first time you register a domain name and sign up for hosting, you'll have to sort through seemingly endless options. The next time, you know where to go, what to expect, so it's a lot easier and quicker. (Someone recently did a video of how this phase can be finished in 10-15 minutes, ready for content - and that time could easily be cut down to less than 5 minutes if he had just laid down the video, the screen shots of actually doing it, and done the voice-over later; explaining it as he went along was obviously eating up the clock big time.)

The same goes with your product - whether you're choosing PLR or starting with that tireless prompt on a blank screen. The second time, you're already somewhat familiar with the PLR to choose from; the second time, you've learned a bit about when your best times and what conditions are best to write - you won't be squandering valuable time checking your e-mail or doing any "last minute research" A/K/A surfing the 'net, you'll be writing.

In my niche, PLR simply isn't practical, but I do use speech-to-text software (Dragon) so my productivity instantly triples from 45 wpm doing it manually to between 120-140 wpm with the technology doing the bulk of the mechanics. Even allowing for editing, proofing, and rewriting, that's better than twice as fast to come up with a finished draft than manually doing only the rough draft - a very significant improvement!
