How do I build a list?

I am using Beastmobi however all the tutorial videos will not load for me.

I am using peerfly as a publisher, getting the ads on putting them onto AdMob.

When I go to beastmobi and enter campaign it says "Place your HTML code in the box to the left. This will allow Beastmobi to change your opt-in form into a mobile optimized form for you"

Exactly what code should I be putting there? Thank you.

    From my experience, you are building a list for the authors, not yourself. Check this for yourself...but you will not create a long term business with that product, because you are not building your own list. You would need your own auto responder to build a list, and then link somehow the product to your squeeze page. Problem with these products is that then you will have 2 opt in forms that someone has to complete....not a good course of action.
