What are your favorite time saving tools?

I wanted to know what tools are helping you out the most. What tasks are you outsourcing and where? I know IM takes time and persistence, and I don't want to miss out on any useful resources. I am already a War room member, and that has helped so much. Thanks Warriors!

Couldn't manage without Roboform. When you have hundreds of passwords to manage, you'd go nuts without this.

I love that it automatically fills forms too.

Another time-saver is EditPlus. It a super-charged notepad. You can have a bunch of text files, html files, php files, css files, JavaScript files, and more all open in one window, and just click the tab at the bottom to bounce between documents. Very handy.

It's also doubles as an FTP program. By just hitting control + shift + s I can upload an html file direct from Edit Plus to my server.

I am do not use any tools, rather I do manually. However, I have seen some aromatic forum posting tools where only the link of the thread needs to be paste than it make posts itself with a pre-written text; but I forgot the name.

Another tool is self-discipline. Watch for a few hours how much time you spend checking e-mail, stats, forums, back to e-mail, another adsense stats check, clickbank stats check, facebook chat with friends, skype, logging into cpa networks to check stats etc etc. The mind is a very powerful tool. Limiting this to a little in morning and night means you have more time to work on traffic generation, product creation, site creation and activities that produce money.

Don't have your email open all the time. Close it and check it at certain hours and it will save you time of being distracted

I outsource all of my software development. Fiverr is a good resource to get things done/created, like eBook covers, dvd covers, etc.

I would say having and knowing WHY you're doing it.
I generally make a to do list with around 3 tasks and allocate a time limit for each task.
If you don't do that, the task will always expand to fit the time.
As some one else said if the task is too complicated or will take you too long.
Get an exert from fiverr to do it and free up your time to do the parts you enjoy
    Hope this helps

    A kitchen timer.

I used a download-able software timer before, but it was just another distraction on my computer. The good old-fashioned $3 plastic one does the best. Best investment for productivity.
