What would be a fair price for a site making $1.28 a day?

I want to sell my Adsense site on Flippa which is averaging $1.28 per day.

Obviously I don't want to set the BIN price too high but I don't want to set it too low either. Are there other things to consider like traffic and the niche? What would you set it at?

1.28$ a day isn't going to go more than 200$ - 300$. What are the traffic stats?

609 unique visitors in May. The niche is web hosting btw. $200-$300 sounds quite high!

Depending on your traffic as well.. $1.28 per day does not sound like too much at all

Prob would go for around 100-125

The ranking is increasing all the time, it's moved to #4 in Google so if it continues to average about $1.28 over a year that would be $400+

I've heard "flippers" say you can get approx. 6 months revenue and some say 12 months so I dont know what to price it at since I only added Adsense last week. $1.28 is based on 7 days.

I think it depends on how long/how steadily it's been making the $1.28 per day. $300 certainly sounds high, to me, unless that's pretty well-established, steady income.

Based on $1.28 per day, you should be getting $38.40 within a 30 day period. For flipping sites, usually you will charge the buyer 6 x the Monthly Income you can get from your site.

In this case, you may consider $38.40 x 6 = $230.40. This is just for your reference. There might be people willing to pay this amount or more, or perhaps some won't even offer more than $200. It also depends on how you market the site and how you want to negotiate with the prospective buyers.

    Hope it helps.

    Cheers,
    Lester

The 609 uniques in May is a big variable. Is that organic traffic that the new owner can expect passively.

Do you have current ranked positions?

It's organic Google traffic. The site has shot up to #4 in Google .COM

      Thanks that makes sense.
