Can FB Ad be charged to another account?

(sorry if this is duplicate - I can't find the 1st post anywhere)
I've got to set up a Facebook Ad for a client for her fanpage. It is part of my work proposal with her. Can I set up a FB ad for her fanpage in MY account? Or, must I set up a FB ad for her fanpage in HER account - but charge it to my credit card?

Thx,
Radar

Facebook only want you to have one account per person so I don't think they will allow you to share ads between accounts. I also don't think they will let you use the same credit card on more than one account.

EDIT: I may have misunderstood the question.

A good way to test it would be to set up the ad in your account and then place her fan page address as the destination url. If it isn't allowed then maybe you may get an error message.

I have never done this before so try at your own risk!!!!

You can set up an ad for her Facebook page in your account. You can run ads for anything that falls within Facebook's Terms of Service, including someone else's Facebook page.

Plus, if you're an admin of her page, it is "technically" your page too.

Jeffrey - I am an Admin for her account. I will try it from my account. Thanks everyone!

Unfortunately, you'll have to manually take the ad out and move it over. There's not export function to FB Ads as of yet.
