Brazil/International Online/Offline Marketing Help?

First off i want to welcome myself to these forums!

For the last 8 Months I've been reading and learning IM and have not taken any action what so ever. Recently i told myself that it's time to act and stop sitting around and not seeing any income! One major factor that kept holding me back from acting and taking action is the fact that i live in Brazil. I lived in the US for 15 years so i know how to write/speak/read english fluently. I've been thinking of ways to target Brazil in IM and i came on here to ask my fellow warriors for some tips ideas on how i can make some money with online/offline marketing here in Brazil or Internationally.

Do you guys think it's worth giving a shot or should i stick to the US for IM?
How/What do yous suggest i start doing to start off? I dont have a very high budget so that could also be a stepback =/

    Online marketing is good but there's a lot of opportunity offline.

    Some small businesses are just beginning to realize the potential of using
    the web for advertising.

    You can either go online and target the US market or
    go offline and build a name for yourself in Brazil aside from earning.

    With due diligence, both ways can make you money.

    Brazil is a big market right now.

    I would go after tourism related stuff to start. You can go to lets say... Praya do Frances in Maceio, spend the day there, take some nice pics and videos. Come back, blog about it.

    Ad add a recource box: how to arrive, where to stay, taxi phone. Whatever.

    From that seed material you can engage hotels to pay advertising, taxi companies, restaurants, etc.

    Whenever you find soemone you meet for advertising who doesn´t have a website, yu can offer to make one for them. And this adds another business model to the mix.

    Of course, this is just ONE idea, it might not be the best. Lets see what ohers say.

      Thanks for the ideas everyone.

      I'd much rather do online marketing and do offline to promote or something like that but i just don't know where to start or what to do.

      Hopefully someone brazilian marketers here on warrior forum(if there is any) can help me out with there experience.

    Online Vs Offline.

    Advantages Vs Disadvantages.

    Your Strengths Vs Your Weaknesses.

    Then decide which one is best for you and TAKE ACTION!
