Which YouTube Wordpress Plugin Will Do This...?

Hi All,

I'm looking for a Wordpress plugin that will:

1) Allow me to automatically create pages/posts consisting of YouTube videos on my Wordpress blog based on keywords chosen (must be able to post multiple videos per page/post rather than just a single video)
2) Only do this within a specific category (i.e. a "videos" category rather than turning my blog into a whole video site)
3) Show just the videos if required - no YouTube comments etc. to eliminate the type of junk that gets posted on YouTube
4) Will allow my site visitors to rank/rate the videos on my site (rather than on YouTube - i.e. these rankings will be unique to my site rather than feeding into the YouTube system)
5) Will reorder the the videos on each keyword-focused page based on user ratings/feedback so my own visitors control how these are displayed on my site and as a result the "best" videos - as decided by my visitors - will show higher up the page.
6) In an ideal world my users would also be able to comment on the videos on my site

I have searched in vain for a plugin (free or premium) that will do all this so I thought I'd ask fellow Warriors if they know of anything that will do the job?
