Who has the best print newsletter for sale? (in any niche)

Hi guys,

Just curious for suggestions of an existing print newsletter that is really, really good (and sells well). I'm designing one for real estate investors and would like a successful model to base mine on.

So far, I've heard Mike Filsaime's MDC Monthly is the best in the IM industry, though I have not seen an issue of it myself to confirm.

Dan Kennedy is probably the best in the newsletter business. I would study his, and also his course called "Influential Writing" which breaks down exactly why he puts each thing in there...

Dito Dan Kennedy... love his Swipe & Deploy every month in addition to his advert exhibits inside with critiques.

Useful for online and offline marketing - plus his no non-sense approach forces you to stop p- footing about.
