Looking for blogs and resources about freelancers

Hey,

I'm looking for blogs that cater to freelancers or that talk about resources for freelancers. I'm looking to promote a tool that's spot on for freelancers - but I have a tiny tiny budget in which to do it, so adwords and PPC are out, and I'm hoping that I can get in touch with the right people, and see if they are willing to take a look at the tool (which, again, is pretty neat, and sort of free ).

Now, I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this (or the right forum, for that matter) but I trust my fellow forum-members to kindly point out my error, if there is one, and tell me where I CAN post this.

    @Jamesrich1 - It's an invoicing and project management web-based app called Bunker App, not a marketing tool, but it's a really cool one.
