How To Amp Up Your Fiverr Gig?

Hi,

I have a fiverr gig where I build niche sites. It is the only one of my gigs that seems to be really taking off.

I was wondering what those warriors who do gigs on fiverr would do to amp up the volume.

Currently, I'm averaging about 2 gigs a day but I want to make it 10.

Would you do traditional traffic gen, article marketing and such?

Maybe I should do a WSO, is that possible with fiverr?

Take the one that you're already doing and re-word it a bit or break it down by niches if you can. It is already working so you might as well become your own competition to monopolize the market

Make a promo video if you haven't already. And, list it several different ways like Chase Watts says.

Your gig came up number 1 in google for niche website building and monetizing.

Here's a warrior who simply asked to get featured and made some extra sales. Don't know if that still works but would be worth a try - http://www.warriorforum.com/main-int...ml#post3439746

Create a blog page that talks about the other gigs that you offer.

Put the link to that blog page in your gig's description, and also include it when you deliver your gigs.

Also, create some bookmarks to your gig.

I don't have a fiverr gig, but I am a customer over there. I know that the featured gigs always attract my attention - most likely because they are right there in front.

Also some type of video always makes me pay more attention to the ads.

can you really make money from Fiverr? I mean a lot of money?
    {{ DiscussionBoard.errors[5156315].message }}

Yes you can make good money if the gig turnover and request is high. Also, it will pseudo residual since they make you wait 14 days for funds to clear.

      • If you look at his niche sites carefully, you can figure out why he's doing it. It's not for $3.92/pop.

A fellow Warrior wrote an article for my blog earlier this year. It's all about how to promote your gigs without spending any money. It's the most popular article on the site. I may have referenced it in my signature. :-)

Very insightful on your part. Yes I am not doing it for the upfront money. It's all in building a list and the backend.

Creating a video is good because you gain exposure. Youtube can drive traffic to your gig. There use to be a way to post your gigs on your web page. I guess it is gone. Do not see it anymore. Perhaps some one knows how to use this one. Like people use to be able to create HTML code like ad sense and paste it on their blog or page.

Thanks, the poster above you has an article with what everyone said and more. The things is, you can't really treat fiverr like a traditional I'm campaign and in my own thoughts, its not really worth it -- yet.

I thank you for your insight and won't make a youtube viedo cause I now have 3 gigs doing well.

I don't want to have to do all of that for each gig that does well and can't outsource it yet.

Also, it seems that the better one gig does, it attracts people and 2 gigs attracted the others to my third. I think there is an exponential thing in there somewhere.

        There is.

If you can concoct 20 slightly different gigs out of what you do, that would be even better. Get at least one sale on each and most likely you'll appear in the Random Gig rotation.

I think you need more than one gig to be featured. I sent an email to fiverr and they gave me a bunch of roundabout about how you get featured.

    • Fiverr wants to see that you're bringing in a bunch more traffic from social media. They strongly favor people who are active on Facebook and/or Twitter.

After I had a respectable amount of feedbacks on a gig, I emailed my list of 4,000 and got some to visit the site, but it didn't count. Fiverr doesn't seem to count any sort of following or visits that don't come from TwitBook.
