I cannot save in WordPress anymore

Hi,

I added and changed things on my WordPress site and when I want to save it I get the following message after about 30 seconds:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of 30 seconds exceeded in /home/marketer/public_html/oninternet.org/bestsellers/wp-includes/functions.php on line 257

Does anybody know what this means and how I can solve this?
