How to transfer CB product and Aweber account ?

I have no experience in buying product sites, and now
I have the opportunity to buy a site that sells CB product
and a list of subscribers at aweber is included.
How can the transfer be done so that I don't lose existing CB
affiliates? Is it possible to transfer a CB account to me ?
How can aweber account be transfered (if it is transferable at all)?
Please someone who is experienced in this field give me some
instructions and details.
