What are the alternatives to Adsense?

I would like to know the alternatives to Adsense. Also, can I use them alongside Adsense? which is better?

    If your content ties into physical products (and most of the time it does! ) then Amazon Associates is a good alternative. You can use it alongside Adsense.

    Personally, I've found better results with Amazon Associates but the only way you'll know is by testing!

    Does somebody know how to remove the code of clicksor ads on the site? The ads sounds to be stuck on my site and cannot be removed.
