How much would you pay for an EMD with 18,100 local searches. [exact]

I recently sold one for $2200, but it was 27,000 exact and it was already getting over 10,000 hits for 3 consecutive months.

I'd suggest building a site on it and getting it near the top of Google. From what my buyer told me, he only bought it because of the traffic.

Thanks for the reply, It has a site on it with a few original articles, building backlinks now so it will be top of google soon. I just don't really have any interest in this niche so it's been getting neglected, I was thinking of selling it off to fund a few new projects.

That's why I sold mine. I think it will be worth the effort to get traffic before you sell it.

£100-£200 without any traffic coming in.

Right now I would wait until I got an about dollar coupon code for a registrar, and then pay about a dollar.

Yeah I understand you know how to research EMD's but I was obviously asking what people think I can get for it on the open market, semantics I guess, thanks for your insight.

You all talked me into it, I'll get it making some money first then sell it. The site is almost to the top of google now and should start making a few bucks a day soon.

How does the site look... is it making any money?

It depends if the site looks good and interesting.

And if it looks like really making money.

I think you could make more use of your time by marketing with your domain rather than trying to sell it.

There are many factors that apply here.

What niche it's in is a LARGE factor. You need to make sure the niche can be profited on.

Secondly, if you don't have a website built under it, and it isn't ranking yet, it won't go any higher than $200.

I would suggest you build a website, rank the website, make some money then flip it for a nice profit.
