why my sites doesn't get any pr?

Hey there, I was wondering why any of my sites doesn't get any pr. I mean I have nice rankings ( I use variety of seo and linkbuilding services), but when it comes to PR it is always a zero.

I also wonder how some sites come into business and within 3-4 months they gain a nice PR of 3-4?

Maybe because the sites that you want to get a pr are too young, and need to wait until the next pr update.
Or you are doing something wrong on your link building method like spamming.

Google's PR is only updated approx every 3 months so you will not see instant changes.

PR is assessed using a specific algorithm and looks at the links and the amount of PR coming from and going to other websites. see PageRank - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

If you have a PR of 0 then you simply do not have enough links with enough PR to your site (or maybe too many outbound links).

If all your links come from PR0 sites then you are not likely to get anything but PR0. However even a couple of high PR links coming to your site could improve your PR.

In practice though don't even worry about PR. It is not a major marker these days for how well your site might rank in the search engines.
Concentrate on getting high PR, relevant, good anchor text links to your site and track your search rankings.

How old are your sites? Are you getting some permanent high PR backlinks to your sites? Have you checked if any of your inner pages got a PR? Sometimes inner pages get PR rather than home page depending on what pages you link the most.

I'd be more concerned more with where you're ranking than what what PR your site is.

PR only matters when it comes getting/selling backlinks.
