How do I thank someone

Bottom right side of the post. It will have just turned on for you because you hit 5 posts.

Just hit the thanks button that appears below every post! Down where the signature is!

It doesn't appear ANYWHERE for me. But I guess this has to do with the number of posts (I currently have 4 posts here).
That feature probably gets automatically switched on after a certain number of posts.

  Only the useful ones. They are read and reviewed in real time in the nanoseconds before they go live by an extremely advanced super computer. If it meets certain criteria, your post count goes up. If not, it doesn't. Be aware though, that each "bad" post leads you closer to "re-education". I don't know what they do, but a buddy of mine came back from it and he was never quite right again.
