Wordpress Questionair or Survey Plugin?
I am looking for a reliable wordpress plugin that allows for a simple questionair or survey.
I would like to ask those who are on certain pages of my site, a few simple questions then allow them to actually type into a text box their answers.
Any ideas?
As long as it can be added to wordpress pages or posts, even if they are within a membership area....
