Sell A Google News Approved WebSite Without Adsense?

Okay guys so i'm mounting up and about to try and sell my Google News site.

Down side, I recently lost Google Adsense on the site SIMPLY because I had 1 freaking picture with a nipple showing. Insane but it's reality, Moving on.

Now my question, is my site still worth anything close to what it was as an adsense + google news approved website?

I've had google news ~3 years after doing a little work to figure it out.

I want to sell this now and fund another project. What do you guys think it's worth at this point? I got a lot of useful information last time.

Is there any other ways to successfully sale other than Flippa?

I actually want to sell all my websites except like 5 or 6. PageRanks from PR1 to PR3. All unique content.. blah blah blah.. So much hard work but GOogle's doing too much for me lately. I rather move to my next idea.

The value of a google news website is not really in the earnings it can make from ads, but more so in the ability to syndicate news stories at the top of the tree so I think you should be OK on Flippa or somewhere. Let the market decide...

The more you "muck around" with the domain the more likely you are to be dropped by Google. You are already on their "bad boy" list so I would take it easy if I were you. God I hate Google having so much power. That is why I ONLY do paid traffic these days.

    thanks everyone.

    Sending an email Alyona.

Anymore info / input is greatly appreciated.

I know not to sell for a dumb price, the site still earns hundreds per month sitting alone + I use it to leverage things in search. However, I'm ready to let go if I can get a reasonable price. Just haven't found anyone who's talking REALISTIC numbers.

Where beyond flippa can you sell? Someone said Craigslist and that was a fail for trying to sell another site.

Don't sell for a dumb price. Go with the plan and list it on Flippa with a private listing. Don't mess with the advertising that is left or layout or anything. Just keep adding content. It's unfortunate that Adsense banned it, but not fatal as far as selling it, particularly if it's still earning from other methods.

Yeah ... that's what I assumed was happening. For one, Flippa doesn't value or de-value a site. You set the price you're willing to take.

Just trying to get a valuable property for peanuts. The content alone is worth more than that. Then add in the value of an approved Google News Site to that, plus the fact that is also an aged GNews site. I've seen 1 mnth old news sites sell for $3,000 real fast.

I arleady had a $2k offer I turned down. I'm not being greedy but i'm not going to stop a monthly income for ~$400 for $3k . A few months payoff is nice but then what?
