Ebook Software

Hi all is there an ebook software that works on all win platforms ie 95 through vista.

That is a reasonable price?
Easy to use,
Able to handle,
pics,
movies,
html and text?

I have been out of the loop for some time and am just getting back into line.
Hopefully there is something available

    Not sure exactly what type of "ebook software" you are referring to. Usually eBooks are in .pdf format and do not contain videos/html. Are you looking to create an .exe file of the ebook or something?

      exe format, was what i was looking for.
      I cannot remember the name of the software perhaps some of the older warriors may remember some.

    Hi Red

    I used to use Ebook Compiler by Sunil Tanna. Was great but haven't used it for a while now as most ebooks and reports are in PDF format now. Therer were a few problems when Vista came out, but they may all be solved.

    I have tried many ebook software. But I can tell you that the best is to use PDF format. No compatibility problems. Simple, straight forward and cheap (you can even create it using free tools). Simplify things, don't complicate - for you and your customers.

    Excellent work Roger, just what I was looking for. I am not sure it will do my job but if not I will program one up that does ;-) (I just wanted to shortcut my way through)

    PDF would not work for my application, I need Image and Video and sound in the loop.
