Facebook 'Like Us' Wordpress Plugin? (For bottom page slider?)

Hi All,

It's been a while since I've been on here! (Been actually working on a new project solidly with friends - Hooray for action!)

Anyway, I normally HATE pop-ups.

But I saw this slider on the bottom of someone's webpage where you can like their page on Facebook! That's cool, not in your face and who knows, maybe effective?

Does anyone know what this plugin is!? I'd love to implement it to my site as currently the site's Facebook page only has 39 fans!

Any help would be much appreciated!
