Where can I find good, affordable voice-over artistes?

Hello Warriors,

I'm creating a few videos for some offline clients of mine. For most of the videos, I feel that there's a need for a professional voice-over.

Where can I find someone affordable? I'll provide the script. Also, what do you guys think is affordable really?

I'm thinking $5 per 2 minutes. Please don't bash me if this is too too low. That's why I'm asking for advice on that.

Oh and yes, American voice is what I'm mostly after... some male, some female.

    $5 is probably too low for a genuine professional, but not necessarily too low for a qualified reader.

    $5 for 2 minutes? Do you want "good" or "affordable"?

    Perhaps you could try posting on Craigslist. I bet you could find a few college students that would do it for a decent price. Students in broadcasting or acting school would be good choices.

    You can find good one on fiverr, just search in "voice over" and select the top rated seller of you choice.
