Can you see what people complain about you - AWeber?

After receiving 2 complaints I am getting worried, how can I see what reason people have for complaining?

People will always complain even though they asked to be on your list. I had this happen to me many times before where these guys or ladies signed up to my list and then a few weeks later, they asked why I am sending them emails. I told them that they subscribed to my list and if they want me to take them off, I would be very happy to do just that.

Don't worry about these people. They like to complain all their lives unless someone else has added them to your list. Then you would need to delete their account and not send them any more offer.

What I was thinking...and be sure that your optins are double optins...meaning they get an email to confirm they want to be on your list.

This will take away from the complaining.

Tim a good way to reduce the complaints is to put an unsubscribe link at the top of each message ... this lets people know that your are happy for them to unsubscribe at any point
