Need your ideas on how to turn web shop into a more passive income

Hi guys, I posted a week or so back as I have a couple of web shops but I would like to try something that gives me more freedom (no stock, ties to office etc...) so I am trying to build a list in a chosen niche.

However, I still have these web shops, one of which is doing really well and I don't want all the hard work to go down the toilet!

So I would like your ideas on how I can turn these shops into a more passive income please

I was thinking along the lines of drop shipping but I can't find the niche products I sell. Some of my items are made to order but I have to check each one before I send it out, perhaps hiring someone to do this and dispatch for me?

    i dont follow you assemble the product at home then ship it out or you currently dropshipping?

    if you are just dropshipping why not outsource the work to someone.

    check their ratings and interview them via skype.

      Sorry for being vague! Some of the products are bought in in bulk and some made to order by me, some not by me. The items not made by me I have to check over as sometimes there are problems! Yes so maybe I can hire a freelancer to do both of these jobs...
