Help with domain name

I have a keyword phrase that I am targetting but the .com domain name has already gone but three other options are available. I can have my 3 words preceded with the word get or the same 3 words followed by a now. Or would it sound better with both. The options I have available are as follows.

getbackpaintherapy.com
backpaintherapynow.com
getbackpaintherapynow.com

If I had any of these domain names would these still rank for my longtail keyword of back pain therapy.

Any advice would be much appreciated

Thanks

Kim

Follow these steps to get a proper domain name.
1.Go to Google adwords keyword tool
    https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal
    2.Put your keyword/ phrases.
3.Find the keywords with maximum searchs.
    4.Check the keyword for whether it's available/not in Godaddy.com

If all related domains are registered; Try this...

Put your keyword phrase with maximum results in the first words of your domain..

    Eg:If your keyword is "paintherapy"

    Try these: paintherapynow.com
    paintherapyeasy.com
    paintherapytalk.com

Dont put any prefixes before the keyword; put the keyword in first words of your domain..(eg: Get back, back)
    Hope this helps...Thanks

What's on the .com version of the sites? If it's just a parked page, I would give the .net version a shot and see what happens.

That's my $0.02. Hope that helps.
