Facebook Conversion Tracking and "optimized"CPM
I just launched some campaigns on Facebook using their newly released conversion tracking. What does their algorithm optimize to? Does it just serve ads on best converting/eCPA? How does it know what eCPA to optimize to (if at all?). What if it's giving me an eCPA of 2x and I need it down to X, is there anything I can do?
Any other suggestions/tricks on using their conversion tracking is appreciated.....unless I'm missing something it doesn't look like it really gives advertisers goals to work towards.
