Help Me Tailor My Marketing Plan

I am creating a new marketing plan for a community based website. The website has taken off, and it is prety much running on autopilot. However,, I am thinking if I ramp up my marketing tactics, I can not only get more traffic, but I can keep the site runniing on auto.

So where would my time be best used for a community based site. The site is a location based community.

I am thinking classifieds, perhaps some local facebook groups. BUT where else?

I would like to get a solid 10 places to post thrugh out the week.

    Just ideas that popped in my head, not sure if they're "good" or not - just brainstorming:
    - Signs
    - Flyers
    - Wear a t-shirt with your site
    - Talk to local businesses, get in their graces, offer to promote them...they promote you
    - Hold/sponsor events or set up a table at an event
    - Have a competition
