just starting out

hi i,m just starting out into the internet marketing business i have decided on eBooks as i read a lot myself the problem iv got is deciding which wordpress to use i want to have space to rent advertising and build an email list but being new to this i can,t find what i,m after any suggestions at the moment im useing a preset web site but the only person likely to make money is the person iv had the eBooks of as its full of his links :confused:

    It sounds like you're looking for a wordpress theme that can accommodate sidebar widgets to place your ads and opt-in form?

    There are plugins available that will give you sidebar ad areas but it's not really necessary to use one of them. You can use a text widget and just place your ad html code (or opt-in code) into the text area.

    From inside your wordpress admin panel, go to Appearance > Widgets and then drag a text widget to the sidebar and paste your code.

    You can create your own e-books you know.

    If you feel like you are only going to be promoting someone
    else' business and not your own and you're not comfortable
    with that.

    Then start creating your own e-books, products etc.

    This way you'll look ten times more like an expert rather
    than just promoting other peoples stuff.

    It sounds like you are looking or are currently building an email
    list.

    This is good!

    You can always promote your own e-books, products and whatever
    else via your blog as well as the emails you send to your subscribers.

    You may have information overload here my friend.

    Just take a deep breath, relax and make a plan.

    Even if it's only a rough one to begin with.

    You can always make adjustments along the way.

    i understand what you are saying the only thing confusing me is pulling it all together in my own way i have brought a web site with eBook selling right but when anyone downloads these books they reference back to who i brought the site off im after setting my own site up with no reference to others when they are sold so im trying to build a site that will take emails deliver books and advertise im trying to find a platform to fit the bill
