Hi Warriors,

Can any one advise me which websites I can sell my writing services to?Something equivalent to Constant Content(I wrote one article there and within less than 5 hours was told it had grammar errors and my account was suspended, I was not even given an option to do the corrections!)

Thanks.

  • There are a lot of venues available for writing to get paid. If you are just starting out you probably won't be writing to get rich, but you can make a few extra dollars.

bubblews .com has been getting some good press lately. Sometimes they are a little behind on admin tasks, like payments, but if you have a pay pal account you will generally receive payment within a 3-4 days after meeting the $25.00 threshold for "redemption", as they call it.

bzau .com is all about - where authors have been paid for writing online -

  • I'm surprised Constant Content suspended your account over grammar errors on your first submission. Did the email outline the errors they had issues with?

  • Why not put together a few sample pieces and put up a thread here? For anyone looking to get their feet wet in freelance writing (and make much more money than a content mill would ever pay for the effort), it's worth the $20 to post up an offer. Besides that, you'll have a chance to build real relationships with others, giving you the opportunity to bring clients on board for the long haul.

Constant Content isn't bad for supplementing your writing income (even though they take a 35% commission, you still get to set your own rates to offset the cost), but other content mills are going to pay you pennies on the dollar. Don't waste your time with it. Go into business for yourself instead. Trust me - you will be much better off when you do!

  • What the poster above me said.

Cut out the middle man, set up a writing website and sell content directly to clients, preferably ones that can pay you a decent amount

    • Having your own website increases your profitability and with time you will be able to build reputation.

Repeat customers is the key to more sales after delivering quality service

  • I agree as well that it would be better if you sell your content directly.
  • textbroker.com is another one that pays per article like CC.
