24 Hour service caregiver cant find clients at local areas

How can a caregiver stand out and market themselves? I've tried posting flyers at YCMA etc but if it isn't "community-related" its denied. I've read to cross promote with avon ladies or assisted living homes. Any ideas?

If you have references then you could make sure that you state that references are available on request. A lot of people are extremely careful as far as trusting people they don't know with care of people or even property. Most caregivers either are a part of an agency or have extremely strong references for word-of-mouth compaigns.

Well, you can advertise your service for FREE at care dot com
Also while running your free ad on care dot com place an ad on craigslist as well as in your local newspaper. Craigslist is also free, so that's two free ways to advertise. Also try backpage dot com.
*hope this helps* (this is coming from someone who has caregiving experience.)

Facebook marketing could be good for this too. You can target specific areas with your ads, and it's pretty cheap and easy to run an ad on FB.

If they don't already have a FB page, make one. Next you can run a standard at (like you see in the right hand column" but I suggest you run what's called a "Sponsored Story".

Essentially a sponsored story is where you create a post and use that post as an ad (you can see how to do this within the FB ads editor). Sponsored stories will show up in your target audience's news feed (wall) which is MUCH more powerful.

Using this I suggest having a nice big eye-catching image in the post to grab attention. Plain text will easily be looked over so you have to make them stop and look.

If you have the resources (and you do I assure you), use a video post instead.
There are many benefits to a sponsored story that I won't explain here but trust me it works.

If you want to learn more about this, look up Dr. Ben Adkins. His teachings on local Facebook marketing are excellent. He is the go to expert for the exact kind of stuff you are trying to accomplish.
