how much the price for the site?

I have a website and I'm thinking to flip it.. How much do you think the price will be if the benefits that I offer here are:
  • it makes more than $100/m on a passive income and increasing
  • it has google play apps ready and launched already (still 10 - 50 downloads range in stats)
  • it has 2 premium wp plugins in it, about $200 in price
The reason to sell it because I can make upfront money and do something bigger quicker.. The buyer will also make money and will only need to tweak a bit to make free money, free traffic, etc..


What do you think about that guys? I need some input..

    In general, start by multiplying the monthly income by 6, then adjust for factors that might increase or decrease the income potential, risk, or ongoing maintenance costs associated with the site in the long-term.

    The apps themselves are worthless. How you have historically associated their existence with with monetary gain will be the only interest of the purchaser.

    it has 2 premium wp plugins in it, about $200 in price

    Unless they're locked somehow with a key or serial number, any plugin is worthless because it is founded on software running WP on the GPL. Any derivative work legally inherits the GPL as well if it uses the WP functions. Of course, this does not include images, custom functions, general php code, other code, etc. so be wary before taking this too far.

    People are only really interested in what profit you are making from the site. When valuing any type of business it's always about profits and assets.

    You have very little of both so I would say not much. You might get someone who would pay you a few hundred dollars maybe.

    It also depends how long you have been earning that income each month as to how much people will be willing to pay.

    You can easily get a large sum on flippa for this. I've seen lemons going for 2k

    I did research recently in Flippa, buyers there bought websites for not cheap prices, some deals were good deals to the sellers... COnsidering put it to auction there..
    Some people said we can sell the website with the price of 12x of our monthly revenue... Do you agree with that?

    List your site on Flippa, set 5-7 days for auction, start with $1 but HAVE TO set Reserve Price of $500 or more, finally ALWAYS use escrow for BIG DEAL (it cost money but it's worth it, suggest buyer to deposit money to escrow first, then you start your work). Good luck.

      The price would be as much as a buyer is willing to pay. Typically I look at a range of 6 to 12 months worth of revenue as a sale price when buying or selling a site. Then again the income history comes into the picture as well. Hope that helps.
