What do you like to see in EPC and Conv. rate?

Just wondering what some benchmarks are. As a marketer, what do you like to see in a product as far as EPC and Conv rate? What would you consider a successful mailing / launch?

For wso launches 3 to 4$ for a real/big launch i would say around 1$

I personally don't pay a whole lot of attention to EPC for products just because they are stats that are relevant only to each affiliate separately. An EPC only shows how ONE single affiliate did for that promo.

An EPC figure can easily be inflated by one outstanding affiliate promoting and it can easily be deflated by one rogue affiliate that sends a ton of crap traffic to the offer.

So the only time I ever look at EPC is in my own figures when I am promoting something.

  That's what I mean though. When you are mailing for someone as an affiliate. What EPC would make you think the mailing was a success.

$1 EPC's are what most people shoot for, actually. 3-4 EPC's are above average, and most people get like .01 EPC's LOL! Will is right though in that it can change dramatically as a vendor depending on what each affiliate is doing.

Thanks for the feedback. Most of my affiliates are getting well over $1.50 with my products. I just never knew if this was good or not
