Copyscape not finding dupes

Hi Folks!
Can somebody shed light on this?

I've been happily paying for and using copyscape for years and today got a little surprised.
  1. I need to batch check a bunch of old articles which were written for me, and I want to use them now.
  2. I checked them in copyscape --- "NO RESULTS found for cutting and pasting article in the my premium area."
  3. I decided to try a piece of software because it can batch check them called Plagiarism Detector 816
    you can use it free if you only run one article at a time, but for the paid version I can run a folder of files with proxies.

It found two results copyscape missed, on indexed pages~!

I still trust copyscape, but why would copyscape miss two pages if they are indexed in google??

Any help would be wonderful./

    Copyscape is not as good as Google search. I bought a (probably my last) PLR WSO that was advertized as 'passes copyscape,' and was done by a very respected person around here a few years ago. There were also a lot of people posting in the topic to recommend the person.

    I did a search on one of the really stupid ideas put forward seriously in one of the articles. To my surprise the same article with a different title came up, dated 6 months before the WSO. It was by someone who had no connection to the WSO. I did get my money back.

    Copyscape is now outdated. I was using it previously. It was expensive and was not a powerful software. I now use PlagiarismcheckerX. It is much better in comparison to Copyscape. I would suggest to get it a try.
