Some years ago, Squidoo was touted as being very effective not just for promotions of your product or blog, but also as an effective linking strategy.
I have not seen many Squidoo Lenses these days. Are they still popular? Are they still good for getting the word out there so to speak?
I ask because someone recommended them to me for traffic generation.
