Web services and coaching? Don't know if you're referring to Web development / design and Web-related IT services when you say "Web services", or if you mean Web / Internet marketing when you say "Web services" because you also mentioned "coaching" -- So, which is it?

Eitherway, a strategy you can try is to not go with cold calling campaigns at the moment, but instead:

*** Set up a Q&A platform on your site and promote it as free "Web services" support. This way, you can entice prospects who may actually need the Web services you're offering to post their inquiries, questions, problems, issues and so on in your Q&A portal. You and your staff can in turn show your related knowledge and expertise by resolving their relevant concerns, for everyone to see; and

*** Place banners and links to your opt-in offer, list of Web service packages and sales pages as well as your toll free numbers in visible sections of your Q&A platform, so prospects can learn more about your Web service packages, sign up to your mailing list so as to get your opt-in offer, buy your packages and call you to talk more about their needs and your services...
