online forms software?
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone might know where I can get a table type form that can be filled in online by site visitors? I want to do customers surveys. I'd have 20 questions one below the other, and the customers answer would go in the right side boxes. They would then hit a submit button and all done. I've found plenty of forms used for contact us, short message types, but so far nothing larger. Any ideas? thanks in advance Roger
